Tuesday Ten: Top Superfoods

These are my Top 10 Superfoods, I usually eat at least 5 of them every day if not more!


1. Dark Chocolate- helps reduce cholesterol, improve your mood & protect skin.
2. Eggs - Great source of protein & help with healthy hair & nails.
3. Almonds - Help lower cholesterol, build strong bones & teeth & help with brain function.
4. Blueberries - Most amount of antioxidants of all fresh fruit, help with vision, constipation & digestion.
5. Oats - High in fiber & protein with low calories & helps reduce bad cholesterol. 
6. Broccoli - Help strengthen bones & eye health, good source of fiber & supports skin health & repair. 
7. Salmon - Great source of Omega 3 fatty acids, help with skin & hair & cancer prevention.
8. Avocado - Helps with breast & oral cancer prevention, lowers cholesterol & helps heart health.
9. Spinach - Great source of fiber, help with vision, skin, bones & nervous functions.
10. Black Beans - Great source of protein & fiber & help with the digestive system.
