Workout Wednesday: Chair Dip

This week I introduce the Chair Dip

I love chair dips because you can do them anywhere! Chair dips are like push-ups because you concentrate on the muscle groups in the upper portion of the body like shoulders, arms and pecs. Also like push-ups, chair dips require you to move the whole weight of your body which helps you build strength in the upper body muscles, improve body balance and stability and increasing your overall stamina.

    1. About a handful is a good amount. Nuts and dried fruits are good for you, but not too much because dried fruits have a lot of sugar and nuts have a lot of fat. The fat it nuts is good fats, but too much of anything isn't good for you. So a handful should be okay!
