Workout Wednesday: Russian Twist

This week I introduce the Russian Twist:



This move seriously BURNS, and I LOVE it. There is no better feeling than a good burn, and if that's what you're looking for this will give it to you. The Russian twist works the obliques, frontal abs and lower back at the same time which helps build a lot of strength. This rotational exercise helps lose fat because it moves target groups of muscles together. In the video, she shows the modified version  with the legs down which should be done by beginners, and the advanced version with the legs in the air for those who are more advanced or when you're ready for it!
