Featured Friday: Noor

This weeks Featured Friday is Noor. Shes 19 years old and lives in Arizona and needless to say, she loves fashion. Her style is a portrayal of herself, bold and glamorous and she doesn't hesitate to also extend that to her makeup. I love Noors style because she is very detailed with her clothes and accessories and her makeup is always gorgeous to match.
