Workout Wednesday: Hip Extension

Today I introduce the hip extension:


So many girls want to tighten up and get more toned, the best way to do that is to build and strengthen muscles. The hip extension is a great move for that because it strengthens the butt and lower back muscles which helps with good balance. It also tightens the abs at the same which helps create a stronger core. You can start this move with no weights and add ankle weights when you're ready.
