Workout Wednesday: Ski Lunge

This week I introduce the ski lunge:

This lunge has the benefit of all other lunges but is more beneficial because it works out more muscles. Holding a weight in your hand also helps tone arms at the same time.

You can do these ski lunges from side to side instead of on just one side for a more advanced workout.
