Workout Wednesday: 30 Day Squat Challenge

Last night my old boss from Loyola posted this 30 day squat challenge for the month of May and I thought it would be great to share with all of you. Squats are the best workout you can do because it tones your legs and strengthens your core. If you're going to be joining me on this squat challenge, keep me posted on how it's going!!
